2. What data is collected and why?
When you order, I collect the information needed to fulfill and ship your order (legal basis under GDPR: fulfillment of a contract) and to comply with Swedish accounting laws (legal basis: legal obligation):

• Name and Shipping Address: To ship the items to you.
• Email Address / Phone Number: To confirm your order and send tracking information.
• Payment confirmation: To prove that the transaction took place for tax purposes.

3. Payment Details
I do not collect or handle any card numbers or bank details directly. All payments are processed externally through:

• Swish (within Sweden)
• PayPal or Bank Transfer (internationally)

These payment providers are independently responsible for the security of your transaction data.

4. Data Sharing
To deliver your items, I share your name, address, and phone/email with the shipping provider (e.g., PostNord, DHL, or Schenker). I will never sell or share your data with anyone else.

5. Data Retention
Your data is stored based on its purpose:

• Order Details & Emails: I delete our email conversation and your delivery address details as soon as the package has been safely delivered and any return/warranty period has ended.
• Accounting Records: Receipts and payment confirmations (which may contain your name) must be securely kept for 7 years to comply with the Swedish Accounting Act (Bokföringslagen).

6. Your Rights
You always have the right to know what data I hold about you, request corrections, or ask me to delete your information once the transaction is completed (except for data I am legally required to keep for accounting).
